abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte electricity storage devices, which is capable of: avoiding the usage of a solvent that places large burden on the environment; relatively easily controlling parameters such as void fraction and pore diameter; and providing a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte electricity storage devices, said separator having high electrochemical stability. The present invention relates to a method for producing the separator for nonaqueous electrolyte electricity storage devices, said separator having a thickness within the range of 5-50 [mu]m. The method comprises: a step of preparing an epoxy resin composition which contains an epoxy resin that has no aromatic ring in each molecular structure, a curing agent and porogen; a step of obtaining an epoxy resin sheet by molding a cured body of the epoxy resin composition into a sheet form or by curing a sheet-like molded body of the epoxy resin composition; and a step of removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet with use of a halogen-free solvent. |
