titleOfInvention Metal processing cutting fluid
abstract A disclosed metal processing cutting fluid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-6 parts of sodium glycolate, 3-9 parts of a benzotriazole aliphatic amine, 30-35 parts of plant base oil, 2-6 parts of dipotassiumethylenediaminetetraacetate, 2-7 parts of molybdenum benzoate, 4-8 parts of triethanol polymer and 2-4 parts of ethanolamine. Compared with conventional cutting fluids, the metal processing cutting fluid employs a combination of a large scale of an anion surfactant and a small scale of a nonionic surfactant, in other words, the ratio of the nonionic surfactant is substantially reduced, and thus the antifoaming property is improved; by adjusting the content of various additives, the various components cooperated with each other, and thus the prepared cutting fluid integrates the advantages of emulsion and totally-synthetic cutting fluid, and has excellent lubricity, cooling property, cleaning property, corrosion resistance and relatively long service life.
