abstract | The invention discloses a novel antirust environment-friendly cutting fluid which is prepared by the following raw materials by weight: 2-9 parts of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 50-80 parts of illegal cooking oil, 2.5-5.5 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 5-15 parts of low molecular nitrogen-containing dimer surfactants, 3-7 parts of allyl heptanoate, 2-7 parts of ricinoleic acid, and 2-7 parts of acetylenic diol. Compared with existing cutting fluids, the cutting fluid of the invention contains no nitrites or phosphorous compounds, is beneficial to environment protection and human health, has excellent antirust, cooling, lubrication and cleaning performance, has excellent bactericidal activity, contains no substances easy to deteriorate, does not stink, is long in service life, does not cause environment pollution, and has no skin irritation. |
