titleOfInvention Cryogenic lubrication cutting fluid
abstract The invention discloses a cryogenic lubrication cutting fluid, which is made by the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.5-5.6 parts of triethanolamine, 1.4-6.5 parts of azobisisobutyronitrile, 2.5-4.5 parts of sodium sulfonate, 1.5-4.2 parts of lead tricarboxylate, 3.5-6.7 parts of diisopropanolamine and 50-80 parts of mixture of plant oil and mineral oil. The cryogenic cutting fluid has excellent lubrication anti-wear performance, cleaning cooling property and antirust corrosion resistance, prevents built-up edges, effectively protects cutters, improves the process quality, takes away a large amount of heat in the process, reduces the temperature of the process surface, effectively avoids the defects such as curling and deforming of workpieces due to high temperature and high-temperature combustion of magnesium chips, greatly improves the process precision of the workpieces, and has excellent antirust corrosion resistance capacity.
