abstract The invention relates to chemical coatings, in particular to a PU fast-drying electrostatic spray paint. A PU quick-drying electrostatic spray paint, which comprises four parts: primer, topcoat, curing agent and electrostatic diluent, and the primer is composed of the following components in weight percentage: alkyd resin 50-60%; organic bentonite 3~5%; zinc stearate pulp 4~6%; 1/2 second nitrocellulose pulp 10~20%; talcum powder 15~25%; polyamide wax anti-settling pulp 0.5~1%; 1%; solvent 5-7%; the alkyd resin is a mixture with a viscosity range of 30000-40000Pa·s/25°C and 90000-100000Pa·s/25°C. The invention provides a PU fast-drying electrostatic spray paint with fast drying speed and high gloss.
