titleOfInvention | Concrete anti-cracking modifier |
abstract | The invention discloses a concrete anti-cracking modifier, which is made by the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.3-2.8 parts of talcum powder, 2.3-4.2 parts of epoxy dicyopentadiene, 3.5-4.2 parts of sodium gluconate, 1.5-2.4 parts of alumina, 3-7 parts of fly ash, 1.3-2.3 parts of phenethylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensate, 0.8-2.2 parts of sodium hydroxyl alkyl sulfonate and 1.5-3 parts of polyol fatty acid ester and its ethylene oxide addition compound. The anti-cracking modifier has the following advantages that: the concrete modifier resists rut at high temperature, and resists crack at low temperature; by adopting the sodium hydroxyl alkyl sulfonate, the rutting resistance in summer and the cracking resistance in winter of the non-modified asphalt concrete are improved, and the cost of the concrete modifier is lower than that of the like products; the construction qualities such as strength and service life of the asphalt concrete are better than that of the ordinary asphalt concrete, and the cost of the concrete is greatly reduced. |
