The present invention provides a metal oxide thin film substrate capable of improving light trapping efficiency and light extraction efficiency, a method for manufacturing the metal oxide thin film substrate, a photovoltaic cell, and an organic light emitting device (OLED) including the photovoltaic cell. The metal oxide thin film substrate includes a base substrate and a metal oxide thin film formed on the base substrate. The metal oxide thin film has voids for scattering light formed inside the metal oxide thin film. |
