titleOfInvention | Polymer solution filtering method and apparatus, polymer purifying method, and solution film forming method |
abstract | The invention relates to a polymer solution fitering method and apparatus, a polymer purifying method, and a solution film forming method. In a dissolving tank, a raw material of acylation cellulose is dissolved in methylene dichloride to form a doped liquid which is then filtered by a filter through an auxiliary filtering way. When filtering begins, a solvent is added into the doped liquid at the upstream of the filter via a solvent adding unit to decrease viscosity of the doped liquid. Flow of the doped liquid is increased, corresponding to a portion with decreased viscosity, to improve handling capacity. The doped liquid is heated by a temperature regulator. The quantity of the solvent corresponding to the portion with decreased viscosity of the doped liquid due to heating is calculated, and the above portion is removed from the adding quantity of the solvent through the solvent adding unit. When filtering begins or stops, a filtering auxiliary is prevented from mixing into the doped liquid because of shedding of the filtering auxiliary. |
