Method for extracting rice bran protein from rice bran residues |
abstract |
The invention relates to protein extraction, in particular to a method for extracting rice bran protein from rice bran residues. The rice bran residues extracted with the protein by alkali are used as raw materials; lipases are used for implementing the enzymatic hydrolysis; the rice bran protein with higher emulsibility is obtained through the steps of enzyme deactivation, cooling, centrifugal supernate taking, evaporation and drying. |
