abstract | The invention discloses a device and a technology for recovery of tetrachloroethylene. The device comprises a reactor, a quench tower, a condenser, a carbon tetrachloride rectifying tower, and a flash tower, etc. The device and the technology have the advantages of simple process and low energy consumption. After flash-rectification of a three-level condensate solution, a light component, carbon tetrachloride and tetrachloroethylene can be separated, the light component returns to a second-level condenser, the carbon tetrachloride returns to the reactor, and the tetrachloroethylene can be directly extracted as a product after refining. Therefore, the conversion rate of chlorination reaction can be improved, and also the recovery rate of tetrachloroethylene can be enhanced, the reactant purity can be improved, the reaction conversion rate can be increased, and efficiency of the whole technology is enhanced. In the long run, the production cost of tetrachloroethylene is reduced, and the enterprise income is increased. |
