titleOfInvention | Special color developing agent for film-transfer in-machine coating and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a special color developing agent for film-transfer in-machine coating and a preparation method thereof, as well as carbonless copy paper coated with the color developing agent, and belongs to the fields of pressure-sensitive and thermosensitive recording paper and the used organic color developing agent. The color developing agent comprises components in percentage by weight as follows: 1.5%-6.5% of phenolic resin F801, 0.1%-1.5% of rosin modified phenolic resin, 35%-41% of aralkyl-substituted zinc salicylate resin F902, 1%-1.5% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.05%-1% of Tween, 0.05%-1% of span, 0-0.5% of polystyrene maleic anhydride resin and 52%-55% of water. According to the special color developing agent and the preparation method thereof, the phenolic resin and the zinc salicylate resin are mixed in certain proportion, the rosin modified phenolic resin capable of increasing the temperature resistance of the color developing agent is further added, and a suitable compound emulsifying agent is selected, so that the prepared color developing agent is avoided from poor phenomena such as coating pick and the like in an application process, and the coated CF (coated front) paper has excellent develop performance. |
