A pharmaceutic preparation for treating the burn and scald inflammation comprises 8-methoxyl-dihydro chelerythrine and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials, wherein the content of 8-methoxyl-dihydro chelerythrine is 0.001-70%.
