titleOfInvention Schisandra chinensis containing beverage
abstract The invention aims to prepare a schisandra chinensis containing beverage which is prepared by wild northeast schisandra chinensis, astragalus, lemon, boxthorn fruit and water. Northeast schisandra chinensis is named by the fact that the fruit has all the five tastes including sweet, sour, hot, bitter and salty tastes, and has high nutritional and officinal values. Experiments prove that the schisandra chinensis has functions of enzyme reduction, liver protection, central nervous system protection, anti-virus, anti-cancer, anti-aging, cholesterol biosynthesis inhibition and the like, and the health-care functions are irreplaceable for other beverages. Compared with the prior art, the schisandra chinensis containing beverage has the advantages that the health care function is higher than that of like products, particularly two natural pure Chinese medicinal plants including astragalus and boxthorn fruit are added, so that certain health-care function can be achieved in heart, liver, eyes and the like of a human body after long-term drinking, and the defects of single nutritional ingredient and function of the conventional beverages are overcome.
