The Chinese herbal medicine particles with a sterilizing effect are added, roles of the components are fully played through fermentation, and when the fertilizer is applied to a water body, the fertilizer can take effect fast, is long in action time, green and environment-friendly, and has a sterilizing effect; and besides, the formula of the fertilizer is reasonable, and the preparation method is simple.
