titleOfInvention A kind of silica-based solar cell main grid front electrode slurry of low silver content and preparation method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a kind of electrode material of crystal silicon solar batteries, particularly a kind of silica-based solar cell main grid front electrode slurry of low silver content and preparation method thereof. A front electrode slurry for low silver content for silica-based solar cell main grid, this slurry is mainly mixed by following raw material by mass percentage: silver powder 65-75%, organic bond 21-31%, glass dust 1-8%, inorganic additive 0.5-3%. Front electrode slurry of the present invention is the slurry for crystal silicon solar batteries main grid line, its objective is that the manufacturing cost in order to reduce silica-based solar cell is researched and developed. This front electrode slurry is printed on the back side of crystal silicon solar batteries, through infrared fast-firing technique (silicon chip surface true peak temperature 780-810 DEG C, time to peak 1-2s), forms high adhesion force, high reliability silver electrode at the front of crystal silicon solar batteries sheet main grid.
