abstract The invention discloses a moisturizing sample stage and experimental method for testing mechanical property through cell nanoindentation. The sample stage consists of a stage body, a containing groove, a thermal insulation material, a heating tube, a cooling bench, a water inlet, a water outlet and an airflow channel. According to an experimental result, a maximum loading force or maximum pressed depth can be set, and a mechanical property curve of elasticity modulus-pressed depth and load-pressed depth of the to-be-test cells is obtained. Dehydration in a cell experiment process can be avoided, so that the cell surface height can be accurately calculated through a nanoindentation instrument, and accurate pressed depth can be obtained. In the experiment process, the mechanical property of the cells is stable, the obtained result is close to the mechanical property of the cells in vivo, the testing number of each batch of experiments is increased, and the experiment efficiency is improved. All domestic conventional nanoindentation instruments are imported, the components costs hundreds of thousands of yuan, and the sample stage according to the invention is low in cost and high in credibility.
