abstract The invention provides a kit for detecting genetic risk of systemic lupus erythematosus. The kit comprises a specific primer and a detection probe for detecting genotypes of three single nucleotide polymorphic sites of A49G and T-1772C on CTLA4 gene and T587G on TNFR2 gene, a PCR reaction assembly, a PCR product purifying assembly, and a DNA sequencing reaction assembly. The kit of the invention evaluates the risk grade of systemic lupus erythematosus at the gene level by detecting the genotypes of three single nucleotide polymorphic sites closely related to systemic lupus erythematosus, and facilitates early prevention of the onset of systemic lupus erythematosus.
