The kit of the invention evaluates the risk grade of systemic lupus erythematosus at the gene level by detecting the genotypes of three single nucleotide polymorphic sites closely related to systemic lupus erythematosus, and facilitates early prevention of the onset of systemic lupus erythematosus. |
