titleOfInvention Antirust cutting emulsion composition
abstract The invention discloses an antirust cutting emulsion composition, which consists of the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of ethanol, 5 to 10 parts of triethanolamine, 3 to 5 parts of castor oil, 5 to 8 parts of nonionic surfactant butyl oleate, 5 to 10 parts of glycerin, 3 to 7 parts of emulsifier, 6 to 12 parts of sulfonated oil and 20 to 30 parts of water. The antirust cutting emulsion composition is used for cutting cast iron and steel, has lubricating, washing and anti-rusting functions, anticorrosion and sterilization effects and high lubricating performance, cooling performance and anti-rusting performance, is apparently transparent oily liquid with a pH value of 7 to 8, and is low in toxicity and free of irritation on human skin.
