abstract | The invention discloses a heat-resistant unsaturated polyester as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the heat-resistant unsaturated polyester is characterized in that 3,6-endomethylene-1,2,3,6-tetra-hydrophthalic anhydride, unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride and dihydric alcohol are subjected to polymerization reaction so as to obtain unsaturated polyester; then diphenylmethane bismaleimide is used for modifying the unsaturated polyester so as to prepare the unsaturated polyester. The prepared heat-resistant unsaturated polyester has relatively high heat resistance, and therefore, the heat-resistant unsaturated polyester can be applied to the production of solvent-free impregnating varnish; according to a formula, a right amount of polymerization inhibitor, reactive diluent and initiating agent are added, so that the solvent-free impregnating varnish, the temperature classification of which can reach H-grade, can be obtained. |
