abstract The synthesis of a class of salicylaldehyde-sulfonamide derivatives is characterized in that it has the following general formula: Salicylaldehyde-sulfonamide derivatives of the present invention have obvious effects on human lung adenocarcinoma cell line (A549), human breast cancer cell line (MCF-7), human liver cancer cell line (HepG2) and human cervical cancer cell line (Hela). Therefore, the dihydropyrazole sulfonamide derivatives of the present invention can be applied to the preparation of antitumor drugs. The invention discloses its preparation method and its anticancer activity.
