titleOfInvention Biochemical treatment device and method for wastewater generated in production of polyester resin
abstract The invention discloses a biochemical treatment device and for wastewater generated in production of polyester resin. The biochemical treatment device comprises an oil separator, a service reservoir, an internal circulating supporter-reinforced anaerobic jar, a biological contact oxidation pond, a facultative tank, an internal circulating anaerobic fluidized bed reactor, a membrane biological reactor (MBR) reaction tank, a clean-water reservoir, an automatic control device and a computer. The biochemical treatment device selectively degrades toxic organic matters in the polyester resin production wastewater through various treatment units, so as to greatly improve biochemical treatability of non-biodegradable organic matters, and the biochemical treatment device regulates and controls various functional microorganisms to synergistically degrade high-concentration toxic and harmful organic matters; meanwhile, the biochemical treatment device regulates water quality and quantity as well as sludge by virtue of the various treatment units, so as to provide the optimal growth condition for microorganisms having different functions and realize standard treatment of various pollutants of the wastewater. The biochemical treatment device is high in automation degree, convenient to manage, adapted to large fluctuation of water quality, stable and reliable in treatment effect, and can treat non-degradable biochemical wastewater.
