The invention discloses a bi-directional fermentation technology for traditional Chinese medicine. The bi-directional fermentation technology comprises the specific steps of the pretreatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the selection and activation of fermented strains, and the determination of the best fermentation way. The change of effective active ingredients of fermentation products is analyzed through a fermentation test so as to evaluate the efficacy of the novel traditional Chinese medicine prepared by fermentation. The bi-directional fermentation technology utilizes the specific drug properties and functional components of the traditional Chinese medicine and microorganism and increases health care functions of the traditional Chinese medicine such as oxidation resistance, free radical resistance, and immunity boosting through deep interactions of the traditional Chinese medicine and microorganism. |
