titleOfInvention | Preparation method of sodium ferrous chlorophyll-ethyl cellulose microcapsule |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a sodium ferrous chlorophyll-ethyl cellulose microcapsule, and belongs to the field of preparation of medicinal and food pigment. The sodium ferrous chlorophyll-ethyl cellulose microcapsule taking sodium ferrous chlorophyll as a capsule core and ethyl cellulose (EC) as a capsule material is prepared by the following steps: adding sodium ferrous chlorophyll in 2% carbon tetrachloride solution of ethyl cellulose serving as a solvent, and stirring in a thermostatic water bath to prepare sodium ferrous chlorophyll suspension; adding the sodium ferrous chlorophyll suspension in petroleum ether non-solvent while stirring, continuing stirring for 1 hour, centrifuging for 20min in a centrifugal machine, washing for a plurality of times by using petroleum ether, removing supernate, paving on the surface of a glass plate to dry in a drying oven, thus obtaining the sodium ferrous chlorophyll-ethyl cellulose microcapsule. EC serving as the capsule material has stable physical property and chemical property and extreme low toxicity; the microcapsule prepared from EC and other auxiliaries in a certain proportion has obvious sustained release effect, the effective blood concentration can be maintained for a long time, the microcapsule facilitates the patient, and the therapeutic effect of the medicine is guaranteed. |
