titleOfInvention Stripping type film used for safety protection, and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a stripping type film used for safety protection, and a preparation method thereof. The stripping type film comprises following ingredients, by weight, 8 to 20% of polyvinyl alcohol, 1 to 20% of polyethylene glycol, 0.5 to 15% of a thickening agent or 10 to 20% of an emulsifier, 0.1 to 5% of a surfactant, 0.1 to 10% of a plant essential oil, 0.1 to 1% of an antiseptic, 2 to 20% of a polyol hydrophilic agent, and 40 to 80% of water. Weight ratio of the ingredients is preferably 12.5:15:6 or 15:0.5:2:0.3:14:49.7 or 40.7. According to the preparation method, the mixture, used for forming the stripping type film, is an oil-in-water type emulsifier prepared by emulsification of film-forming material polyvinyl alcohol, the polyol, water, and the surfactant used for the plant essential oil, and the mixture is a colourless or light yellow transparent emulsion. pH value of the mixture ranges from 6.0 to 7.0, and the mixture can be stably stored for 12 months under normal conditions. If skin is coated with the mixture, 1 minute later, the stripping type film is formed after drying. The stripping type film is easy for stripping; no skin stimulation or adverse reaction is caused; and the stripping type film is capable of resisting bacteria penetrating, and increasing skin elasticity and antioxidation ability of skin, and is suitable for labor protection of people who use the stripping type film.
