titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of chicken feed adopting grass meal to replace antibiotics |
abstract | The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a chicken feed adopting grass meal to replace antibiotics. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (A) preparing a grass meal mixture, namely mixing fresh cassia twig, perilla frutescens, fineleaf schizonepeta herb, reed rhizome and acalypha australis, grinding and pulping the mixture, performing squeezing through a squeezer, adding an appropriate amount of water into squeezed residues, performing stirring and soaking for 20 minutes, performing pulping and squeezing again, adding water into squeezed residues again, performing stirring and soaking for 20 minutes again, performing pulping and squeezing for the third time, and mixing and drying juice obtained three times to obtain a green powdery substance, wherein the obtained green powdery substance contains abundant protein, vitamins, mineral substances, polysaccharide and flavone active substances; (B) preparing a basic feed, namely mixing and stirring corns, bean pulp, calcium hydrophosphate, stone powder, capsanthin, edible oil, choline chloride, fish meal, protease and calcium powder for 35 to 66 minutes to obtain the basic feed; and (C) adding the grass meal obtained in the step (A) into the basic feed obtained in the step (B). The manufacturing method is simple; the chicken feed is easy to proportion and convenient to use; the immunity of chickens is improved; the grass meal is adopted to replace the antibiotics, and thus the egg yield is improved. |
