The method comprises the steps of soil preparation, transplantation, fertilizer application, filed management and harvest; to be specific, ploughing is carried out at the time of 30-60 days before transplantation; ridging is carried out according to ridge height 38-42cm and ridge top width 30-45cm; ridge bodies are full in plate tile shape or trapezoid; the ridge spacing is 115-125cm; healthy strong seedlings are transplanted according to row spacing 50-60cm; the seeding planting depth is 12-15cm; stalks are 3-5cm higher than the ground from the surface soil to the tobacco seedling growing point after transplantation; each tobacco seedling is watered by 1-2kg of water and is covered by fine soil; the fertilizer application comprises base fertilizer, seedling promotion fertilizer and topdressing, wherein the total application amount of nitrogen fertilizer is 5-9kg/mu of pure nitrogen; the field management comprises vacancy finding and seedling supplement, top sealing and branch removing and pest control; the harvest is carried out in different times from bottom to top according to parts, and the harvest is carried out at one step when 4-6 tobacco at the top are intensively matured. Experiments prove that according to the method of planting Zimbabwe KRK26 tobacco in land, the first-class tobacco proportion and the average price of Zimbabwe flue-cured tobacco variety KRK26 are obviously increased in Yunnan new tobacco regions, and the production value and the tobacco grade level quality of the KRK26 are obviously promoted.
