The method comprises the following steps of juicing, namely squeezing fresh plant residues to obtain plant juice; filtration, namely filtering the plant juice to remove coarse residues to obtain filtrate subjected to coarse residue removal; centrifugation, namely centrifugating crude enzyme subjected to the coarse residue removal to obtain transparent crude enzyme; ultrafiltration concentration, namely performing ultrafiltration concentration on the transparent crude enzyme to obtain concentrated enzyme liquid; ammonium sulfate precipitation, namely adding ammonium sulfate into the concentrated enzyme liquid, and separating and precipitating enzyme salt to obtain precipitates; secondary centrifugation, namely centrifugating the enzyme precipitates to collect paste; drying and smashing, namely drying and smashing the enzyme paste to obtain a powdered protease finished product. The plant protease extracted by using the method is high in quality and high in purity. The method has the advantages of simple technology, low production cost, high recycling rate, energy conservation, environment friendliness and the like. |
