titleOfInvention Aspergillus niger strain for expression of lipase
abstract The invention aims to provide an aspergillus niger mutant strain (Aspergillus Niger WLlip1). The aspergillus niger mutant strain with a preservation number of CCTCC NO: M2013478 is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection of Wuhan University in China on October 18th, 2013. The aspergillus niger mutant strain provided by the invention can carry out efficient recombinant expression on lipase, the protein expression quantity of the mutant strain is increased by about 40% in comparison with that of pre-mutant strains, the lipase enzyme activity of fermentation liquor of the mutant strain is up to 5482 U/mL and increased by 78% in comparison with that of pre-mutant strains, the enzymatic property of lipase subjected to recombinant expression after mutation is not changed due to mutation, the optimal operative pH value is 9.5, and the optimal operative temperature is 35 DEG C. Lipase subjected to recombinant expression by the WLlip1 mutant strain has a strong decontamination effect on corticosteroid dirt, therefore, the aspergillus niger mutant strain can be widely applied to the field of detergents.
