abstract |
A polyethylene wax and a manufacture method thereof. The invention relates to a polyethylene wax and a preparation method thereof. A slurry process polymerization method is employed; and polyethylene wax is obtained by using a supported metallocene catalyst as a main catalyst, alkyl aluminium as a cocatalyst, hydrogen as a molecular weight regulator and C2-C4 alkane as a solvent for catalysis ethene homopolymerization or copolymerization of ethene with and alpha-olefin selected from C3-C12. The polyethylene wax has the characteristics of simple and practicable preparation method, high bulk density, adjustable and controllable molecular weight and narrow distribution of molecular weight. |
