titleOfInvention Method for preparing environment-friendly chemical for oil fields by using persimmon peel pectin and application of chemical
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing an environment-friendly thickener for oil fields by using persimmon peel and application of the thickener. The method comprises the following steps: dispersing persimmon peel particles in a solvent in a reactor, adding a modifier into the reactor while stirring, stirring and heating reactants in the reactor, pouring the product out after the reaction is completed, cooling to room temperature, neutralizing the product by using acetic acid till the pH (Potential Of Hydrogen) of the product is 7, carrying out suction filtration under reduced pressure till no solution drops out, drying, smashing, and screening, thereby obtaining the environment-friendly chemical for the oil fields, wherein the persimmon peel particles are leftovers of dried persimmon processing. When in use, the environment friendly chemical for the oil fields is dispersed in a water-based drilling fluid and the filtrate reducing performance and the viscosity increasing performance are measured by adopting API (American Petroleum Institute) standards; or after being mixed with calcium oxide, the environment-friendly chemical for the oil fields is dispersed in a waste water-based drilling fluid, uniformly stirred and stood till clay in the drilling fluid is flocculated. The solubleness of modified persimmon peel is increased and the glue solution viscosity of the dissolved part is increased, so that the chemical can serve as a filtrate reducer and a viscosifier of drilling fluids in oilfield production.
