abstract | The present invention discloses o-nitroaroyl beta-chloroethyl nitrosourea compounds represented by a formula 1, a preparation method and a use thereof, wherein R is -COCH2C6H4NO2-o, or -COCH2CH2C6H4NO2-o, or -COCH2OC6H4NO2-o. According to the preparation method, o-nitro aromatic carboxylic acid is adopted as a synthesis raw material and is subjected to acylation, substitution, chlorination and nitrosation to obtain the target compound. The compounds can be used in preparation of tumor treatment drugs, particularly in preparation of breast cancer treatment drugs or glioblastoma treatment drugs or human cervical carcinoma treatment drugs or erythroleukemia treatment drugs. |
