abstract | A method for producing (meth)acrylic acid anhydride by reacting (meth)acrylic acid with a fatty acid anhydride, which can highly efficiently produce (meth)acrylic acid anhydride with high yield, while suppressing a side reaction. The method for producing (meth)acrylic acid anhydride, wherein (meth)acrylic acid anhydride is produced by reacting a fatty acid anhydride with (meth)acrylic acid while removing a by-produced fatty acid, is characterized in that the reaction is carried out while adjusting the molar ratio of (meth)acrylic acid to (meth)acrylic acid anhydride in the reaction liquid to 0.3 or higher. |
