titleOfInvention Preparation method for fructus lycii extract
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method for a fructus lycii extract, relates to a preparation method for an extract of a traditional Chinese medicinal material fructus lycii and aims to solve the problems of incomplete extraction of effective components, low extraction rate, low oral bioavailability and waste of resources in a conventional fructus lycii extract preparation method. The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of 1, purifying fructus lycii medicinal materials; 2, pulverizing the medicinal materials through a freezing pulverizer; 3, performing supercritical CO2 extraction; 4, performing alcohol extraction on herb residues; 5, recycling an alcohol extraction solution; 6, performing water extraction on residues; 7, concentrating a water extraction solution, and combining medicine liquids; 8, performing low-temperature depression drying on the combined medicine liquid; 9, pulverizing a dry extract through gas flow; 10, uniformly mixing the dry extract powder. The preparation method disclosed by the invention can be used for fully extracting the effective components, which can be absorbed by a human body, in the fructus lycii medicinal materials; the oral bioavailability is high; the clinical application treating effect is good; the resources cannot be wasted; the extraction rate is increased by about 30 percent than that in the conventional normal extraction method. The preparation method is mainly applied to the field of natural medicine extract preparation.
