The present invention relates to a slow-release matrix composition containing (1) donepezil hydrochloride and/or memantine hydrochloride; (2) an intestine-soluble polymer at least the one chosen from the group consisting of a methacrylic acid copolymer - ethyl acrylate, a methacrylic acid copolymer - methyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose succinate acetate; and (3) a water-insoluble polymer at least the one chosen from the group consisting from ethylcellulose, an aminoalkylmethacrylate RS copolymer and an ethyl acrylate - methyl acrylate copolymer, wherein, an amount of the enteric polymer in the matrix type sustained-release preparation is 15 to 50% by weight, based on 100% by weight of the matrix type sustained-release preparation. |
