titleOfInvention Method for preparing poultry feed grade salinomycin
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing poultry feed grade salinomycin, and belongs to oxygen-containing heterocyclic polyenzymes poultry antibiotic feed additives. Salinomycin fermentation liquid is heated in an alkalization mode; after separation and concentration treatment, calcium carbonate is used as excipient, salinomycin mycelium is directly dried in a spray drying method so as to obtain feed grade salinomycin with different contents; the finished product, namely light fawn even powder, is obtained. The light fawn even powder is used as the poultry antibiotic feed additive, chicken coccidiosis can be prevented and cured, poultry growth is promoted, and feed utilization rate is improved. The method is simple in process steps, convenient to operate, less in equipment investment and low in cost, and industrial production is easily carried out.
