titleOfInvention | A kind of high-strength polypropylene crude fiber for concrete reinforcement containing carbon fiber composite nucleating agent and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a high-strength polypropylene crude fiber for concrete reinforcement containing a carbon fiber composite nucleating agent and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene crude fiber of the present invention is a blend of 90-99% polypropylene, 0.1-2.5% nucleating agent, 0.5-5% compatibilizer, 0.1-1.5% antioxidant and 0.1-1% ultraviolet absorber. The preparation method is to first dry the nucleating agent to constant weight, then mix it with other substances in proportion to form a mixture, extrude the mixture through a twin-screw extruder, and spin it through a spinneret, and then cool it with water, heat Water drafting, hot roll drafting, heat setting, forming coarse fibers. The invention adopts organic-inorganic composite nucleating agent to modify polypropylene to obtain high-strength and high-modulus polypropylene crude fiber. The method modification and the spinning process of the invention are completed in one step, which is more conducive to simplifying the production process and reducing the product cost. |
