abstract | The invention discloses an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and poly carbonate (PC) composite engineering plastic with high tenacity. The composite engineering plastic is characterized by comprising the following substances in parts by mass: 35-47 parts of ABS, 26-39 parts of PC, 0.3-0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of wetting agent, 5-12 parts of polypropylene, 3-14 parts of light stabilizers, 4-16 parts of polyvinyl ester, 1-9 parts of compatilizers, 1-3 parts of montmorillonoid, 2-3 parts of antismoke agents, 1-9 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 3-9 parts of ethylene-acrylate, 1-2 parts of natural zeolite powder, 1 part of surface treating agent and 0.5-1 part of dispersing agent. The ABS/PC modified alloy is high in tenacity; when ABS and PC are used together with a flexibilizer having a compatibilization function, the anti-impact performance of ABS is greatly improved. |
