titleOfInvention PP (polypropylene) polymer material with high impact strength
abstract The invention discloses a PP (polypropylene) polymer material with high impact strength. The material is characterized by comprising the following substances in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of PP, 5-6 parts of talc powder, 10-20 parts of resin matrix PPH (homo-polypropylene), 50-55 parts of PPB (polypropylene block copolymer), 1-9 parts of compatilizer, 3-9 parts of flexibilizer, 4-9 parts of flame retardant, 2-9 parts of antioxidant, 3-9 parts of ethylene-acrylate, 1-2 parts of natural zeolite powder, 1 part of surfactant, 10-15 parts of flame retardant PER (pentaerythritol), 10-15 parts of pentaerythritol trichloroethyl phosphate, and 10-15 parts of trichloropropylphosphate. The PP composite material has the effects of impact resistance, ultrahigh toughness, high temperature resistance and high fluidity.
