titleOfInvention | Preparation method of multi-shape alkaline manganese phosphate microcrystal |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of preparation of inorganic nonmetallic materials and particularly relates to a preparation method of a multi-shape alkaline manganese phosphate microcrystal. The preparation method comprises: uniformly dissolving a soluble bivalent manganese salt and a soluble phosphate in an alcohol/water mixed solution according to a certain proportion, fully stirring and mixing to react the components, then, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction in the alcohol/water mixed solution, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the target product. The process provided by the invention is convenient and feasible, high in purity, low in product preparation cost and good in product uniformity and dispersibility, the obtained product has microcrystals with various shapes, and a shape controllable synthesis process is realized. The multi-shape alkaline manganese phosphate microcrystal prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention can be widely applied in such industrial fields as chemical industry, electronics, building, glass, ceramics, photocatalytic disinfection, etc. |
