The prepuce cutting anastomat is characterized by further comprising a blood-coagulation blood-stopping self-absorbing rubber ring which is embedded in the annular concave way and corresponds to a cutting edge. The prepuce cutting anastomat is simplified in structure and beneficial to manufacturing and assembling, time of a person receiving surgery can be saved, no scar can be left at a wound of the person receiving surgery, cost is lowered, and expense expenditure of the person receiving surgery is reduced.
