titleOfInvention Method for producing chicken feeds capable of lowering breeding cost
abstract The invention discloses a method for producing chicken feeds capable of lowering the breeding cost. The method comprises the following steps of A, preparing floating aquatic plant powder, namely stacking floating aquatic plants, adding zymocytes in an amount which is 0.2 to 0.4 percent of the weight of the aquatic plant powder, sealing a mixture by using a plastic film, fermenting the mixture for 6 days, dehydrating the mixture by using dehydration equipment, and crushing the mixture into 40-mesh to 60-mesh powder for later use; B, crushing corns into powder, adding the aquatic plant powder obtained by the step A, bean powder, wheat bran, gramineous straw powder, rice chaff and animal giblet powder, and performing mixing and stirring for 50 to 55 minutes at a stirring speed which is controlled to be 35 revolutions per minute; C, adding multivitamins, trace elements and amino acids into a material obtained by the step B, uniformly stirring a mixture, determining water content, determining that the mixture is qualified if the water content is 55 percent, and air-drying the mixture to adjust the water content in an overturning way; D, preparing granulated feeds with diameters of 3mm from the qualified mixture obtained by the step C by using a granulator. The production method is simple; produced products are easy to match and convenient to use; the cost of the feeds is greatly lowered.
