titleOfInvention Remanufacturing method of gear pump
abstract The invention relates to a reproducing method of an invalid component. The method comprises the following steps: wiping the surface of a gear pump with gasoline and acetone, connecting the gear pump to the negative pole of a power source, connecting a plating pen to the positive pole, treating with an electrocleaning solution under the working voltage of 10-15V, and immediately cleaning with clear water; connecting the gear pump to the positive pole of the power source, connecting the plating pen to the negative pole, treating with a second activation solution under the working voltage of 8-14V, and immediately cleaning the surface of the gear pump with clear water; connecting the gear pump with the negative pole of the power source, connecting the plating pen with the positive pole, plating a bottom layer with neutral nickel under the working voltage of 10-15V, and immediately thoroughly rinsing out the residual plating solution on the surface of the gear pump with clear water; connecting the gear pump with the negative pole of the power source, connecting the plating pen with the positive pole, plating a transition layer with alkaline copper under the working voltage of 10-14V, and immediately rinsing out the plating solution on the surface of the gear pump with clear water; and thoroughly cleaning all the parts through which the plating solution flows on the surface of the gear pump with clear water, and wiping off water on the surface of the gear pump with a cotton fabric or blow-drying with a blower.
