abstract The invention discloses a Microdochium bolleyi F10 strain microbial inoculum as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) activating a Microdochium bolleyi F10 strain on a PDA (potato dextrose agar) flat plate, then inoculating the strain to a PDA inclined plane for culture, adding sterilized deionized water to prepare a spore suspension, adding tween-20 to ensure that the final concentration of the tween-20 in the spore suspension is 0.025%, and adjusting to ensure that the concentration of the spore suspension reaches 1.0*10<7>/ml; (2) uniformly mixing dry culture material oatmeal with rice husks, adding water, and performing high-pressure steam sterilization; and (3) inoculating the prepared spore suspension to the culture material according to a ratio of 10ml/bag, culturing, airing and crushing to obtain the microbial inoculum. The Microdochium bolleyi F10 strain prepared by using the preparation method has a strong parasitic effect on cysts of heterodera avenae wollenwebers, the control effect of a bio-control microbial inoculum on cereal cyst nematode under a field cultivation condition reaches 41%, an application method of soil treatment is simple and saves labor force, and a biological pesticide is safe to human and livestock.
