abstract | The invention discloses a shock-resistant flame-retardant reinforced PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) composite material and a preparation method thereof. The shock-resistant flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45-60% of PBT, 13-20% of polymer flame retardant, 3-10% of antimony trioxide, 0.5-3% of impact modifier, 5-40% of alkali-free glass fiber, 0.5-4% of surface treating agent, 0.2-0.5% of antioxidant, 0.5-5% of toughener and 0.1-1% of lubricant. The composite material well balances the shock resistance, flame retardancy, weather resistance, compatibility, dispersibility, service life and the like of the PBT, thereby providing a PBT composite material with excellent comprehensive properties, and widening the application range of the PBT. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and easy to operate. |
