titleOfInvention | Flame-retardant electric leakage-resistant high-performance PBT (Polybutylece Terephthalate) material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a flame-retardant electric leakage-resistant high-performance PBT (Polybutylece Terephthalate) material and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant electric leakage-resistant high-performance PBT material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45%-60% of PBT, 5%-10% of a flame retardant, 1%-3% of calcium oxide, 20%-35% of a glass fiber, 1%-10% of antimonous oxide, 0.1%-0.6% of an antioxidant, 0.3%-1% of a lubricant, 2%-5% of a flexibilizer and 0.2%-1.5% of a coupling agent. The flame-retardant electric leakage-resistant high-performance PBT material disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effect that electric leakage resistance and mechanical performance of the PBT material can be remarkably improved by using the calcium oxide as a synergist of the PBT material, and compatibility, flame resistance, electric leakage resistance, service life and the like of the material are further improved by treating the glass fiber through the coupling agent and adding the antioxidant, the lubricant and the flexibilizer. The preparation method of the PBT material has the advantage that operation is simple. |
