titleOfInvention Thiol fatty acid stannous PVC (polyvinyl chloride) heat stabilizer and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a thiol fatty acid stannous PVC (polyvinyl chloride) heat stabilizer and a preparation method thereof. The key point of the technical scheme is as follows: the thiol fatty acid stannous PVC heat stabilizer is N-(2-mercaptopropionyl)-stannous glycinate, and has a structural formula shown in the specification. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the thiol fatty acid stannous PVC heat stabilizer. The stannous PVC heat sterilizer is a solid compound, and is convenient to transport and use; non-toxic stannous chloride is used in the PVC stabilizer, so that usage of toxic organic tin is avoided, and the effect of non-toxicity and environmental-friendliness is achieved; the tin element in the thiol fatty acid stannous PVC heat stabilizer can be combined with chloride ions in hydrogen chloride and is oxidized to generate a stable stannic chloride compound in a heating condition, the hydrogen ions in the hydrogen chloride is combined with thiol to form thioalcohol, and the dehydrochlorination is not catalyzed.
