titleOfInvention | A processing process for extracting selenium from waste acid water containing cadmium selenium |
abstract | The invention discloses a processing process for extracting selenium from waste acid water containing cadmium selenium. The process includes the following steps of (1) detecting selenium content in the waste acid water containing cadmium selenium so as to determine feeding amount of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydrogen sulfite, (2) mixing the waste acid water containing the cadmium selenium, the sulfuric acid and the hydrochloric acid uniformly according to the mole ratio of (2.0-4.5): (0.3-1.3):(0.5-1.5) to form a transparent solution A containing 5%-15% of the waste acid water containing the cadmium selenium by the mass concentration, (3) evenly mixing the sodium hydrogen sulfite and water according to the mole ratio of (1.0-2.5):(1.5-3.5) to form a solution B with the mass concentration of 10%-30%, (4) stirring the solution A, and meanwhile dripping the solution B into the solution A, so that a reaction is carried out until the value of selenium is detected to be 0.1mg/L-0.2mg/L by means of an atomic spectrophotometer used for little clear fluids, (5) carrying out filter pressing on a product after the reaction is finished, and drying the product, so that the water content of the product is smaller than 0.1%, and (6) smashing the dried object until the fineness of the dried object is 20 micrometers-25 micrometers. The processing process improves the utilization rate of selenium raw materials. |
