titleOfInvention Duodenum targeted hollow capsules
abstract The invention relates to duodenum targeted hollow capsules which are composed of a capsule material of gelatin or vegetable gum, and a coating layer on the outside of a surface material. The capsules are characterized in that the coating layer is polyvinyl acetate phthalate, and mass proportions of the capsule material and the coating layer are respectively 70-80% to 20-30%. The capsules are not disintegrated after more than 2h in artificial gastric juice with a pH value of 2, can be disintegrated in 30min in artificial gastric juice with a pH value of 4, and can be disintegrated in 10-15min in artificial gastric juice with a pH value of 6.8. The hollow capsules can be disintegrated at specific human duodenum parts, and release the medicine in the capsules.
