titleOfInvention | Premix feed capable of reducing methane emission of cattle and sheep |
abstract | The invention relates to a premix feed capable of reducing methane emission of cattle and sheep. The premix feed contains the following components by weight: 1.5-20.0 parts of a methane inhibitor, 5-15 parts of vitamin complex, 10-30 parts of mineral compound, 20-50 parts of sodium sulfate and 3-63.5 parts of a carrier. The premix feed involved in the invention employs green safe plant extracts rather than ionophore antibiotics or chemically synthesized electron acceptors to reduce methane emission; and considering from the perspective of resources in China, the premix feed mainly employs mulberry leaf flavonoid, which is abundant in resource and environment-friendly for extraction. The invention has the advantages of safety, practicality and effectiveness. |
