titleOfInvention | Energy-saving pencil dipping head photocuring nitrolacquer |
abstract | The invention discloses an energy-saving pencil dipping head photocuring nitrolacquer which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60-70 parts of nitrocotton, 10-20 parts of nitrolacquer color paste, 10-20 parts of tallowseed oil modified alkyd resin, 1-5 parts of amino resin, 0.5-1 part of castor oil, a diluent with the usage amount being 7-12% by mass of that of the nitrocotton, and a dimeric surfactant with the usage amount being 1-5% by mass of that of the nitrocotton. Compared with the prior art, the modified alkyd resin for the nitrolacquer, prepared by modifying tallowseed oil is short-oil alkyd resin, so that the tallowseed oil is comprehensively utilized and the economic benefit is good; the dimeric surfactant is used in the tallowseed oil modified alkyd resin, so that the comprehensive performance of the nitrolacquer is improved, the usage amount of the diluent is reduced, the curing speed of a paint film is increased, and the production cost and the pollution of an organic solvent to an environment are reduced. |
